Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, your initial payment is refundable, less a $150.00 Processing Fee, with advance notice of 60 days (or more) before your check-in date. For cancelations between 31 to 59 days before check-in, 50% of your initial payment is refundable, less the $150.00 Processing Fee. No refund for your initial payment will be made for cancelation requests received within 30 days of your check-in date. Please notify us immediately, by phone or email, if you no longer wish to keep your reservation.
