Our First Quad-Home Sports Field Listing
We’re excited to introduce our first quad-home listing at Scott Lakes, combining four homes — two on a shared 10-acre property and two on the neighboring lot — offering the perfect balance of togetherness and space for larger groups. This setup will include access to our new sports field, featuring soccer and football space, a softball field, and a large yard for games like cornhole, golf chipping, kanjam, bocce ball, and oversized connect four.
Hiking Trails
We introduced our 3/4-mile trail loop in Spring 2025, and the feedback has been fantastic. We’re now expanding with a new 3-mile wooded trail set to be completed later this year, offering year-round use for walking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
