Eagle's Nest​
Spend the holiday season in a stunning winter landscape on a Michigan lake property. Eagle's Nest boasts the signature waterfront views of Scott Lakes Properties, perfect for gathering in the spacious yet cozy Great Room of this year-round 7-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home. Similar in architectural design to Heron's Landing, we look forward to sharing our beautiful home with you!
White Oaks Haven

Surrounded by an abundance of greenery and a large grassy lawn, our White Oaks Haven home includes outdoor amenities such as: access to Upper Scott Lake, a fire pit with plenty of seating, an outdoor hot tub, and an adjacent 3-season screened porch equipped with foosball and air hockey tables. The 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms amply accommodate 12 guests, making this home the perfect choice for more smaller groups or intimate gatherings.
Swan Shores
Swan Shores, features the same 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom layout as Eagle's Nest, including the same spacious kitchen and a recreation room complete with pool, air hockey ,and foosball tables. Enjoy the beauty of tranquil Upper Scott Lake from the private backyard beach, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, or while taking in the view from inside the picturesque Great Room.
Hawk's Haven
Hawk's Haven is our newest 7-bedroom home on the east shore of Upper Scott Lake. It’s identical to Eagle's Nest and our four other 7-bedroom/4-bathroom homes, and it includes the same wrap-around lakeside deck, spacious great room, and loaded recreation room that you can find in all of our largest homes. Take our canoe for a ride around Upper Scott Lake, rent some kayaks, or do some fishing at our dock located next to the private backyard beach. This is the perfect spot for a large family getaway.
Scott Creek Lodge
Scott Creek Lodge is our largest home, and it can comfortably sleep up to 16 people. With 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the rec room, the open living room & kitchen area, the spacious formal dining room, or the fireplace area that’s accessible from both inside and outside [on the patio]. Outside you will find both a side and large back deck with plenty of seating overlooking a partially-wooded yard complete with a secluded hot tub, a fire pit, a small stream, and some space for lawn games.

You'll also have access to your own private dock area with small beach located less than a mile away, which will allow you to enjoy the lake at your own leisure.
Woodland Pines Cottage
​
Woodland Pines Cottage is one of our smaller homes, and it was opened to guests in 2020. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a backyard hot tub, this adorable little kitchenette home could also be the perfect getaway for couples who are seeking a quiet and peaceful weekend.
The small back patio with grill and fire pit gives you the chance to enjoy some quiet time outside in our partially-wooded yard, or you can choose to take our canoe for a spin around nearby Upper Scott Lake by taking advantage of your private dock and lake access located one mile away.
Maple Woods Hideaway
Maple Woods Hideaway is surrounded by nature and situated well away from the main streets. While spending relaxing hours in the partially-wooded back yard, you and your group can enjoy the secluded hot tub or just lounge around the firepit, surrounded by the natural beauty of woods and a small stream. The detached rec room can be a great escape for the noisy kids (or rowdy adults) who want to enjoy the Big Game on the large-screen TV, or play a few rounds of pool, air hockey, or foosball with friends.

If you enjoy spending time on the water, feel free to take our canoe out on nearby Upper Scott Lake where you will find your private dock and lake access area, along with our small picnic shelter complete with [limited] seating area.
Lucky Duck Cottage
Lucky Duck Cottage is one of our newest smaller homes with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The secluded backyard hot tub with lounge area and fire table makes this cute and cozy home ideal for a small family, or a small group of couples looking for a peaceful escape.

This home can also be rented along with one of our five nearly-identical 7-bedroom/4-bathroom homes just across the street, which allows for a group up to 22 total guests. That way, if you need more bedrooms, they’re only a short walk away!

Serenity Lake Vista
Serenity Lake Vista is one of our smaller, newer homes located on nearby Lower Scott Lake. This comfortable fireplace home offers 3 bedrooms, including one very large king master suite, with 2.5 total bathrooms. Lower Scott Lake is slightly larger than Upper Scott Lake, though this 3-season home provides the same types of serene and beautiful lake views that our guests have come to appreciate.

You can listen to the birds or just enjoy the peaceful lake views while relaxing in the hot tub or lounging on the front deck that runs the entire length of the house. Take a spin around the lake in our 2 free kayaks, or just kick back in front of the electric fireplace in the living room while taking in the lovely scenery through the large sliding glass doors that lead out onto the lake-facing deck.

Morningside Vista
Morningside Vista Lake House is our latest home, and it opened on Memorial Day weekend of 2023. This home is also perfect for a couple’s getaway or for a small group of friends who want to enjoy some “unplugged” time away from the city and technology.

This cozy 3-season home is also located on nearby Lower Scott Lake, where you’ll get to enjoy our 2 free kayaks that are available for your group to use during your stay. Take time to lounge on the lake-facing deck, or just relax inside the picture-windowed living area while taking in views of the lake.
