About the Role
Maintain beautiful vacation-rental properties through lawn care, landscaping, beach and outdoor-space upkeep, equipment maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and winter indoor projects. Candidates should have prior grounds or property-maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and experience using equipment such as mowers, blowers, chainsaws, and trailers. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Prior outdoor groundskeeping, landscaping, or property-maintenance experience
Reliable and consistent availability, including some weekend coverage during the warm season
Solid working knowledge of landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, chainsaws, and trailers
Ability to safely use and perform basic maintenance on equipment
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Comfortable assisting with seasonal property transitions, including outdoor furniture, equipment storage, tree and brush trimming, and property upkeep
Comfortable completing indoor maintenance projects during winter, including repairs, painting, flooring, and furniture work
