About the Role
Support the grounds team with beach and waterfront upkeep, fire pits, outdoor furniture, basic lawn care, property cleanup, and general outdoor maintenance. Ideal for someone dependable who enjoys physical outdoor work and has some experience with basic landscaping tools. Valid driver’s license required; weekend availability is required.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Some prior outdoor, groundskeeping, landscaping, or waterfront-maintenance experience
Comfortable using basic landscaping tools
Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work
Comfortable working outdoors in warm-weather conditions
Reliable availability, including some weekends
Comfortable completing waterfront and beach tasks, including seaweed raking, goose cleanup, and moving kayaks or watercraft
Reliable pickup truck is a plus, but not required
