A highly experienced, proactive grounds professional who can work independently and help maintain high standards across multiple properties. Responsibilities include landscaping, equipment maintenance, irrigation support, seasonal transitions, and winter repairs and improvement projects. Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable pickup truck, basic tools, strong equipment knowledge, and several years of relevant experience.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable pickup truck
Own basic tools
Several years of groundskeeping, landscaping, or property-maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, chainsaws, trailers, wood chippers, and related tools
Strong equipment-maintenance and repair skills
Comfortable with sprinkler and irrigation-system maintenance
Proactive and able to identify maintenance needs with minimal direction
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards across multiple properties
Prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
Comfortable with seasonal outdoor work and winter interior repairs, painting, flooring, and minor improvement projects
